Address showing as hyperlink in pdf not text?

Hi There

Hoping someone can help me. Just last week in my workflow pdf for our purchase orders the shipping address started showing as a google maps hyperlink. I’ve checked and nothing has changed so not sure why this is happening?

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this.

Hi Nicholas, I’m assuming you are using template with this PDF. What is your formula on a template itself?

Shipping Address: <<[Shipping Address]>>

Which points to shipping address table where all i have is a single column address as the key and label.

Temporary workaround may be to try TEXT([Shipping Address])?

I’m guessing [Shipping Address] is a Ref to the Shipping Address table. If so, in your template, try changing this:

<<[Shipping Address]>>

to this:

<<[Shipping Address].[Address]>>

I can only speculate: the developers are constantly working to improve the platform. It’s possible one of the recent changes affected your particular case.
