Adjuster -50 +50

I have a column called ‘Adjust’, I know I can set a column as a range much like my VAT range:

But I need the adjuster to have a range of -50 to +50 with an increment of 1 but I want the slider to start at the centre 0 so I can adjust a price column. Is this possible and how?

I set a virtual column to test:

It looks like it’ll handle the negative and positive range just fine, and it appears to start in the middle. To allow the user to adjust it, though, you’ll need to make it a normal (not virtual) column.
