Admin access works for one user,but not for another

Admin A and Admin B both have the same admin access within my app within the white list. Admin A is only recognized as a User meanwhile Admin B is recognized as a Admin.

I have tried removing Admin A from the white list re-adding them with no success.

I have tried to change Admin A from an Admin in the white list to a User and then back to an Admin with hopes to jar something in the back ground. No success with that either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This statement implies that Admin A is being set as an Admin and that you are able to switch them from Admin to User and then back to Admin again.

So, could you describe the statement above and in what way are you seeing that Admin A is only being recognized as a User?
