I have the following sample table from a survey evaluating leaders in an organization:
Columns are:
ID, Leader, Relation, Empathy, Discipline
Sample rows are:
1, David, Self, 4, 4
2, David, Peer, 4, 3
3, Joe, Self, 4, 4
4, David, Peer, 2, 3
5, Joe, Subordinate, 2, 2
6, Joe, Subordinate, 3, 2
7, David, Subordinate, 4, 3
8, David, Subordinate, 3, 1
9, Joe, Peer, 2, 2
The scenario is that employees of the organization evaluate their leadersโ Character (Empathy and Discipline) on a scale of 1 - 4.
The goal is to display a dashboard capturing this data on scatter plots.
The scatter plot should display (with color coded dots) for each Leader:
- how peers rated him/her (average peer)
- how subordinate rated him/her (Average Subordinate)
- how he/she rated self
- the organization average (self + peer + subordinate)
