An app to control them all (other apps)?

Hello I have few apps running on appsheet. I want to create an app where i can list all my employees and where i can store their information. Also with this app I want to be able to reference it to all my other apps (instead of having in each separated app a sheet with their name and email) or if it is possible to specific apps based on their department and what they can see . So if in my employee app i set him/her as active I want that it grants access. if he/she is set to inactive then no access at all.

You can use that same employee table for other apps if you add that sheet to your app(s). When your other app needs an authentication, you can’t change that access with the Employee table. You can set access level (Adds, Updates, Read Only), you can filter all data with the security filter or you can hide views, but you can’t set the total access as off.
