Anyone using appsheet to create an Installation Agreement? I know Electronic Signatures are valid under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act but would the supporting document also stand up in court?

I used show / signature columns to be viewed and signed in the app and an attachment workflow rule with the actual agreement which is emailed to the parties after it is signed.

In my opinion, no. These signatures are simply images… Maybe @praveen has some further commentary.

You can however probably come up with some cool way of triggering an API to route it through a “legit” signature system
