Anyway to make map pins larger?

Anyway to make map pins larger? They sometimes get lost among other map features.
Would also be great to have other features on the pins eg labels and images as below โ€ฆ2X_2_269919ceb32398fc0c1d26d3d24aeb01efe1f37f.jpeg

Format rules will change color and embed an icon. havenโ€™t been able to achieve anything else โ€ฆ

Indeed. Format Rules will not change the size of a Pin. You can only choose a color and an icon.
