Apologies guys another question. My Google sheet is set to the Australian locale however my data within the app is how the US format of mm:dd:yyyy. Is there a way to set that date to dd:mm:yyyy ?

Check if your table locale is matching your sheet locale as well. Though this, remember that app reads and overrides this with the locale setting of the mobile device and/or desktop browser
