I just created an app for my school and I am about to distribute it to all students (I am the admin of Google Workspace for Education).
The problem is that to install the single app, I have to enable the AppSheet service to all the OU of the students and since it is an additional service it requires the written approval of both parents for every single student below 18, which makes it almost impossible to obtain.
Has anyone faced this scenario? How did you manage?
Most important, did you write a specific privacy policy for the app?
Which kind of data are collected by Google from AppSheet? The Privacy policy on the web is very generic.
