App Launcher - user authentication

I’m going to use an app launcher to organize some of our apps. I want to whitelist our domain for the app launcher. Will this override the linked apps user permissions? I just want to make sure anyone in our org can access the app launcher but only access the apps they have been given access to.

The launcher actually doesn’t change anything. It’s just an individual app but you have a place where all apps can be chosen. You still need permissions for all apps.
