App not opening when phone is offline

Hello, I have an app I have been using for aabout three months now. It could open when the phone is offline. I realize however that it no longer opens until I have internet connection. The image above gives the error message anytime I try to open. I have removed the link, sent another link but it gives me the same message. Any help to deal with this error?
