App sheet is not working on iOS 14.4.2 - NOT SYNCING

App sheet is currently not working on iOS 14.4.2 apparently it’s working on android.

When going into the app sheet app it takes very long to load and does not sync.
Received a network error message. I’ve tried it with mobile data and with WiFi it gives the same message.
I have done the following, but it’s still not working

  • Deleted and re downloaded the app
  • clearer cache

Kindly advise as this is used for business

my apps took a while to load but did finally load

Same here. I´m having sync times over 100 secs… (on android and web)

I think there are problems too slow sync(>50secs…)

Approximately how long did yours take? Mine has been syncing for the pass 10 minutes, but it doesn’t move anywhere further.

Can confirm for me also. iOS 14.4.2 on iPhone 11. Mine still did not load after 2+ minutes. @Steve any way you could escalate? This is all I see:

Any idea when this issue will be resolved?
I’ve been trying the entire day, but haven’t received feedback or a resolution.

Same issue for us. Extremely long to load and to sync (Web based version).

Engineering is actively working the issue and may have identified the problem.
