App stuck on Terms & Conditions page

Hi community,

I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this behavior in their app. I was testing my app with an older iPhone 6S running iOS 11.3.1 and AppSheet version 13.9.1 and found that when I installed my app for the first time I got stuck in an unending cycle with the AppSheet Terms & Conditions view.

When I click “ACCEPT” the app tries to sync and then it comes back to this same Terms and Conditions page. If I click “NO” then it goes to the About view and then when I click OK there it comes back to this page. The only way out of this cycle is to click “Cancel” while the app is syncing and then it goes to the default view, but without any data sync.

Anyone know how to fix this? Is this due to the older iOS version?

Are you seeing this problem also when running the app from a browser? Thanks

Praveen, no this doesn’t occur on newer iOS versions (13.x), newer Android devices, or on the browser version. So far this is specific to the iPhone 6S device on iOS 11.3 that I was testing.
