What is the significance of the Default App Version?
The Users Tab | APPROVED USERS WHITELIST lists each user and the configured App Version.
3 options are available, Default, Latest, Stable. Default is not covered in documentation.

Those settings are only meaningful if your account is on Business Plan. You can set userroles and you can created different app versions for different users.
