Hi,

I created an app for store visits. In the app there is a calendar that shows which stores need to be visited by which staff member and on which date.

I want to send a notification if the store has not been visited on the day. How would i do this?

Hi Dessie, there are likely multiple ways you could go about this, but one idea would be to:

1. Create a slice of stores that had not been visited that day.
2. Create a workflow notification that leverages that slice to send a message to the right parties.

Thanks Eddie. Are you able to assist with this. What would be a formula that i can use to show stores that are not visited?

I’m not sure how your columns are structured, but I would think it could be something simple to the effect of: [Store Visit Status] = “F”
