Approve status should change

I am creating a record and sending to two Department head for approval .
I am picking the department head with a Enumlist with reference of employee table were the key is Email ID
Department head will click the approve action button ,once he click the button i am adding his email Id and record id in the log table
Once the both the department head approve the Status column should change to Approved
Can you suggest any expression.??

Action Button need to hide Questions

I am having a action button approve only for the department heads The user will submit a record for more than one department head Action button will appear for the corresponding department heads,if one department head approve the action button should not show to them,the remaining department heads should see the action button. Can suggest some expression ??

Action button alert Questions

I am having a approve button for Department head I am opening the application in two different tab ,Department head approve the record in one tab and status for new record is approved . But,i can again approve the same record in the another tab ,to avoid this i need to give a alert for the Department head as the record is already approved Can suggest any solution to over come this ?

My question is different in this cause .Before i was asking for the action button.Now i had bit confusion in Status changing to approve .
