Appsheet App without Need for Google User

I would like to know when it is absolutely necessary for an appsheet user to have a google account when using an appsheet application?

What are the possible range of Google Items/Services/Object that would require this?

For example,

google documents used in workflows, etc?

When you can use nowadays the Word as a Workflow template, you can build the app without Google. If you need scripting behind of your database, you would need to use Google.

So as the app creator the app would use my google account, to generate the email with the google doc on the google drive?

However, if the end user was using a spreadsheet stored on a google drive in which data was written, they would then need a google account?

If you have created the app with gSheet, it doens’t mean that your user needs to use Google as well.
