AppSheet is not recognizing a number of columns sourced from Google sheet columns as ENUMs. The Google sheet columns contain data with defined data validation rules sourced from a data range

(images).

On adding the columns to the Google Sheet and regenerating AppSheet recognizes four of the columns are as Text instead.

Is it possible to manually update a column definition as ENUM and point to the google sheet source data using the columns definition fields? Can someone provide an example of such as a column definition? Much thanks in advance.

Hi @Eric Schwartz, please explore if

drop down technique described in article below to select enum values from a spreadsheet is of any help to you.

Please define column type as image in both lookup table and table where you wish to populate with drop down options if you wish to have images in drop downs.
