Submitting support ticket or restoring an app to an older version, I am getting 404 error

Following is an error I get when I submit a support ticket

The support still got the ticket.

Same issue with restore version. I got 404 page. The version was still restored if you try to reload the app.

I too have seen a 404 error when restoring a previous version.

The restore actually happened, its just the re-direct after things happen is broken - or something.

Had a whole support ticket about this issue a couple weeks ago when I thought it didn’t restore previous versions. I see it’s still on the back log. At least its just an annoyance cause the restore actually happens.

Hi,

The support page should be fixed now. The tickets were actually getting through just fine, but there was an error displaying the page that’s supposed to show up after.
