Are Launcher Apps billed in the same way as the apps they contain?

Meaning we decide to publish them with Security or as Public and then they are billed either in the usual per user way or the normal flat monthly rate?

The launcher app is the same kind of app than any other app and it’s billed in a same way. For example… if you have one launcher app and two apps “inside” that launcher and they are all in Publisher plan, it means 3 apps.

Couple more questions:

Presume I have an app that appears in several Launcher Apps, will the app be able to discern which Launcher it was reached from in order to control view visibility?

If so, how does the reached app do this?
