Arithmetic expression error

Use the formula on 2 apps. One work and one does not work

Everise CTR invty work on the formula but not Miltrade invty.

pls help to advise

Remove [_thisrow]. and [unq]. from the expression, leaving just ([qty_out]<=[invty_bal]).
