Asking for an ID number before checking the app

Good morning team, I am currently having a problem with the app I am developing.

Every user will have an ID number. My question is, is there a way to force appsheet into asking for the ID number before checking the Database?

How about if you use Usersettings for this purpose? Like if itโ€™s not filled, no views or data are shown.
