Attaching Images from Child Table

Hi Guys. I tried this before but got lost and stuck.

I have 3 tables:
“Appquotesitems”
“Images”
“Customers”

A workflow which triggers email when an action is selected on Target Data “customers”.
In the Template for the email I filter information from “Appquotesitems”:

This works a treat.

If I try to add another table and edit the expression to pull an image it fails using the following:

How do I add images either in the template or as attachments.
(Go easy guys this is confusing)
