Audit log sync error

We have one app that continues to receive a similar sync error over the past two days. Is this an issue with our app, AppSheet, or our data source (Microsoft Office 365 - Excel)? See error log example below. I couldn’t upload the entire log, because it is too many characters. So if needed, I can send via some other method. Thanks.

The only thing I can offer is to note that if AppSheet is using an Excel file, nobody else may also be using it:

With Office 365, if a user has the spreadsheet open for editing, other users and third-party apps like AppSheet can’t make updates to the spreadsheet. Consequently, if you intend to build an app that updates the data (as most apps do!), please make sure to close the spreadsheet first. Otherwise, you’ll see conflict (“409”) error messages and the app won’t be able to save changes to the spreadsheet.

Thanks for the help Steve. I will work with AppSheet Support. Interesting documentation about the spreadsheet being open for editing and other users not being able to update, because I have seen it work while open and others using the app, including myself doing both. In fact, that is how I did a lot of testing of the app early on. We are working to get the data moved to a SQL Server database, but need to figure out the SSL piece first. Thanks.
