Auth failure no email address fetched

Hi, I have given a user access and selected all providers. They are using apple ios. When they go to log in it says: Auth Failure: No email address fetched.

Does anybody know the best way to resolve this?

@Gardener76 Hi Geoffrey, before your users ran into this error, did they previously go into their Apple account settings page (in Apple, not in AppSheet), and revoke AppSheetโ€™s access to their Apple accounts? Currently, thereโ€™s a known issue in the Apple sign in service that prevents third-party applications such as AppSheet from receiving the userโ€™s email address if they had previously revoked the applicationsโ€™ access to the userโ€™s Apple account.

@Gardener76 Also, did this problem occur to only some of your app users, or all of them?

Hi Harry I am having this exact issue with one user but its the only user with an iphone. She did not meddle with any permissions
