Auto answer on q form

Hi can someone help me?

i currently making a form in appsheet, and i want to set a specific answer on question 4 if the answer on q1 is no
and the answer on q2 or q3 are yes

Thanks but im a little confused what i need to do pleased help me

this what i want to do i have 4 column Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4
IF THE ANSWER ON Q1=NO AND THE ANSWER ON Q2 OR Q3 =YES I WANT TO AUTOMATICALY SET THE ANSWER ON Q4=CLASS A
