Auto-populate column orderings

When you want to customize the column order in a table view, you typically have to manually add all of the column entries, and then move them around. It would be nice to have a button that will auto populate all these selections. Just a simple thing that will make me a lot happier when all I need to do is move one column to the middle of the order.
