Auto Save and Auto Re-open problem

auto save , and Auto re-open fails. after second record.
UX-Options - Advance forms automatically enable.
UX-Views - Auto save enable Auto re-open enable

any idea? maybe someone can help me?

It works for me. You have not provided much detail, are there any other circumstances? Did you try anything to fix it yourself? Is this screenshot supposed to show something?
