Send an email if a Colum has not been changed to true a week after the row was added.

You would want to create a Scheduled Bot that runs Daily. The row filter criteria checks for any rows a week or more old and the Column in question is still FALSE. Then add a step(s) to send email, it could be for ALL the identified rows together or an email for each row individually.
