Automated Weekly Data Report

Hey Guys!

So this is my current situation. I have created an app with a data entry form that includes (Date, Time, Name, Location).

I would like to have some kind of report generated weekly of the imputed data. EX. Data has been inputed from June 21st - June 26th, I. want this data inputted emailed to me on June 27th. And have this be a recurring weekly task. If possible I would like separate documents per location emailed weekly.
