Automatic percentage

Hi,

I have an app for OSH audits. This app have multiple sections and in each section is a " category percent" column. The problem is that I don’t know how to make this column to count the percentage by it self becuase at the end of auditing the app send a summary via e-mail.

This is the sheet behind the app - just a section of an audit - the blue column is the percentage one:
