Automatic remove data

Hello All,
I was designing an app that will help me to record the data of the medicines in the pharmacies. However, I would like to know if there is another way that I can use it so that if I use the app to record the data that enter the pharmacies while putting out those medicines can immediately remove them from the system.
For instance, if today, I enter 400 tablets of Paracetamol. It will save those quantities as the data recorded. If I come tomorrow and remove 300 tablets of Paracetamol. The system/ app will record them and do the action to the first data recorded. So, that I can review the app and see that I remain with only 100 tablets of Paracetamol.
