Automation for sending mails

Hi community,

I have created automation for sending mails in the appsheet. They are working properly but the mails that we are sending to the users are getting added in user’s “Update” folder instead of inbox in the Gmail. As we both are Gmail users and are still getting this issue so is there anything that we can do for sending mails to respective user’s inbox?

The behavior you are experiencing is a function of Gmail, not AppSheet.

Can we change “noreply@appsheet.com” id from which mail has been sent to the users?

No but you can set a reply email address
