We have a Compose E-mail action that calls an e-mail software or app (like Outlook) and we can set the subject and body, but it is very limited.
It would be nice to have more options to customize the Compose E-mail action, like we have on the Send E-mail Workflow: CC, BCC, e-mail body template, Reply to, etc.
