Bots, Step condition of "what for a condition to meet"

I intend to build function of “delayed remove” a marked row after certain time. So I create a bot to do the job. one of the steps is using the function of “wait for a condition” with formula:“HOUR(Now() - [_THISROW].[Acceptance Time])>1”. This condition has never been triggered even after 3 hours. I test the bot and it works fine. Since the simulation triggers the condition manually, so I suspect Appsheet failed to check the condition as designed for. My guess is correct? or after certain amount of time, Appsheet lost the row content?
