It would appear that under the condition that a table view is part of a dashboard if that table view has a group by item then the last row of the table is partially hidden under the horizontal scroll bar. This is true both under the preview in the designer as well as the full scale browser view, however the spacing is correct on my phone under either condition. See the pictures below:
