Botton ADD in Form

In my app, I am creating a screen that the name ABM Request, is fed from the Requests table, is related to the Products table.
I need to be able to add n products to an application. Each of these records will be saved in the RequestDetail table. I have seen that in the sample Order app, an ADD button was added to the Order Detail form, from which you can open the form to add products to an order.
Please, can you help me add a similar button on my Request form?
