Browser extension to save info from 3rd party page into a sheet

I have a few use cases for saving information from 3rd party web pages into a sheet to kick off a bot or whatever.

E.g. record the URL of a linkedin profile so I can later add it to a contact in my GMail.

I’ve tried a few things, but I keep hitting a dead end and they’re a bit too much “code” for my liking e.g. bookmarklets and CORS are a nightmare.

I see it’s possible with proprietary extensions like “Post to Tumblr” but it’s a bit much for me to learn how to write an extension

Can you suggest a low-code way of achieving this?

I can write a bit of js if necessary but that’s about the extent of it.
