Bug Child record?

Hi, community,

Not sure what is happening here, whether I’m missing something or what, but my child table is showing the wrong value on the Parent ID field. As shown in the pictures:

Note: this is only happening on the App. when creating a child record the values on the sheet are correct.

How can I fix this? Thanks for your help
