Bug: Incorrect new messsages number favicon on Community Webpage

Though I see no new messages in the community webpage, the favicon of the page implies that there are 3 messages. It can be reset if and only if you refresh the webpage. This was not like this at all earlier. Check it out here:

@LeventK Hmm, that’s strange. Maybe @Peter would know? Could also maybe be an issue on the browser side of things?

Hm, weird. I think this is probably related to a Discourse update if it’s new behavior, don’t believe we have control of how the page titles display.
