I can’t turn the toggle switches on/off - they’re static now.

Phone types as well - seems any incarnation of those toggle buttons are affected.

Having same issue. Just reported it. Affecting ‘Ignore seconds’ option in Time fields as well.

As you suspect, Gremlins sitting on HTML files are holding the toggle button, so that anyone can toggle!!.. ?
Hope Appsheet dev team dump them soon…
