Bulk Add from Sheets to AppSheet App sourced from Cloud SQL Database

Apologies if this is a dupe question - Does anyone have a solution for Bulk Add / Upload? My users would like to mass add projects from each of their own Google Sheets into the AppSheet application. The projects table and all other tables in the AppSheet application is sourced from a Cloud SQL database (not from Sheets).

Rather than entering one project at a time through AppSheet’s front-end, users want to upload a large number of projects into AppSheet. A pull from AppSheet action or a push from Sheet integration - either is acceptable.

I am assuming you have multiple tables for each project. What is the cloud SQL dB you are using? Perhaps there’s a zapier hookup for it. If not, some coding in google apps script can achieve your goal.
