I would like to place files in a data source and edit my excel file to point to the files.
My objective is to have 500+ files accessible through the app without having to save them through the app.

Dir/Table_Files_/foo-01.pdf

Excel/Table[File]=foo-01.pdf

As far as I know, as long as you have the correct path/URL for the file stored in your sheet - yeah it should work.

For instance:

If I have a folder in the same dir as the data source, /Images/, then if I upload

• /Images/Image1.png,
• /Images/Image2.png,
• /Images/Image3.png,
• etc.

If I use those same paths in my spreadsheet (and have the column set to “image” type in AppSheet), AppSheet will find the images and use/display them in the app.
