Bulk User Pricing

I want to know if AppSheet offers some sort of scaled bulk user pricing. If I develop an app for an industry such as childcare and they have 30 children with 30 parent logins it will be hard to price that competitively in the marketplace. Current software is going for $50 / month or even less.

I do believe that AppSheet has bulk pricing for business plans, but I am not sure of more details.
