Button with percent without decimal

Hi,

Is it possible to have a choice showing percent without decimal?

I have a progress reporting where I have made buttons with 0% 25% 50% 75% and 100%.
But I would like the buttons to show without decimal that would result in a smaller buttons and easier to read.

At top it’s done with this settings:

The buttons at the bottom it’s done with this settings but then I get a problem with my excel sheet. The values is written in excel as text resulting the formulas to stop working.
