Calendar View - add action button to go to a new form

I have a calendar view. I want to add a button overlay that will take me to another table and open a form. Is it possible?

Maybe you have something specific in mind. In general I was able to navigate to a form based on different table from a calendar view.

Tapping on the overlay action took me to a form on the different table.
