Calendar View - Block Time Increments

Hi

I have a need to use the calendar view for booking salon appointments. In many cases there may be multiple sessions per hour.

In calendar Day/Weekly views, those events will visually overlap each other making it difficult to select the details of each. Is there a way to increase the time increments within each hour block? A screen shot is attached.
