Calendar View - week start on Monday

HI I want to tell AppSheet that a Calendar view to start on Monday?

European standard, a week starts on Monday. People notice that, and I cannot find a solution to this.

A little remark. I support this idea, in general, to set the day for the start of the week as per the user time zone. We have a couple of countries in the Middle East where the first day of the week is either on a Saturday, or Sunday, or Monday. And all of them supposed to use the same app, e.g. visit reporting. Please take this into account. Thx

Unfortunately not. But the tool I use to write this know that Europe uses Monday as start of week. , see picture.

It should work depending on your language settings in your device. For example if I choose Finnish as a language from the mobile phone, it shows Monday as a first day of the week which is correct.

Hi Aleksi,

Thank you for pointing me to this.
In the display the week starts on the Monday if you use Danish language on the phone.
But the calculation of Week stil think that the week starts on a Sunday.

I suggest you use the Language settings in the Sheet to set the start of the week, and use that information to calculate week no.

Would be great if there was ISOWEEKDAY, like it’s done with ISOWEEKNUM.
