Can a related view be hidden? In this case [Fault] and [Estimated] both show the arrow symbol to view related records, I don’t want to see them so can I hide the symbols or the underlying view?

Table ‘Ticksheet’ uses a ref column to pull a Yes/No from table YN as a dropdown.

Yes you can hide them. You will find them from Behavior > Actions > Show system actions and then hide that action.
