Can I give access to the app to a person that has a company mail?

Well, I tried to give access to a user to test an hap. The user has a mail with a domain from a company but he couln’t use the app untill I gave acces to his Gmail.

Maybe it was his fault because he couln’t find any options or there are some security things that have to be done.

Is it possible to give access to a custom domain into the apps?
